The Social Room is used for building social events and is available for individual owners' use at no charge. Reservations for using the Social Room must be made through the Manager's office. Requests for reservations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. Cancellation notice must be given to the office forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the reservation date.

Books, DVD's, and puzzles are available for loan in the Social Room. You may borrow these at any time. Donations are always welcome.
