The Social Room is available for individual Owners' use at no charge. Reservations for using the Social Room must be
made through the Manager's office. Requests for reservations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
Cancellation notice must be given to the office forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the reservation date.

Books are available for loan in the Social Room. You may borrow or donate a book at any time.
