POSSIBLE INSURANCE PREMIUM REDUCTION When looking for insurance for your unit be sure to ask your agent about obtaining credits for items such as: wind mitigation forms, sprinkler systems, and monitored alarms. There may be more credits available, but these are a few that the office is aware of. Some insurance companies will accept the wind mitigation form we have on the building, and some will require one for your unit specifically.  A copy of the building's wind mitigation form can be found here. Several of our Unit Owners have had wind mitigation inspections of their units performed by South Florida Builders & Design, Inc. at 239-732-5871.
