The Sorrento has two guests suites (Messina and Tuscany) available for use by owners and owners' guests while the host owner is in
residence. Each guest suites contains two queen-sized beds. Messina has a full bath with a tub / shower combo; Tuscany's full bath
contains a walk-in shower. Maid service is provided daily except Saturday and Sunday. Florida law prohibits smoking in the guest suites.
Requests for reservations are handled on a first come, first serve basis. The guest suites may not be booked more than two months (60
days) in advance.
During the busy holiday periods of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, a "lottery" system is used to give all interested owners an
equal opportunity to reserve one suite. Owners are invited to participate in the "lottery" by letting the manager's office know the dates
they would like a suite. The "lottery" will be held 60 days prior to the holiday date.
Guests may register and pick up keys at the Sorrento office after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
The guest suite use fee is $90.00 per day "in season" (November 1 through April 30) and $60.00 per day the rest of the year.
