Sorrento  at  The  Colony

This website aims to facilitate communication among unit owners, their guests, the public, and the Association. Sorrento at The Colony is a 21-story condominium located in The Colony, a gated community within Pelican Landing, which is situated approximately 3 miles west of Interstate 75 in Estero, Florida. From the building, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, stretching from Bonita Beach to Fort Myers Beach. Additionally, the Colony golf course, lakes, and preserves surrounding Estero Bay make for a beautiful setting. WCI Communities constructed Sorrento, which was then handed over to the original unit owners on November 28, 2001. Sorrento has a total of 72 units, including 15 penthouse units.

As a Sorrento unit owner, you are a member of various associations, including Sorrento at The Colony Condominium Association, Inc., the Pelican Landing Community Association, Inc. (the master association), The Colony at Pelican Landing Foundation, Inc., The Bay Club, and the Bayside Community Improvement District of Pelican Landing. Additionally, you have the option to obtain different types of membership in The Colony Golf and Country Club.

Being a member of The Colony and Pelican Landing comes with many benefits, including access to a private Beach Park on the Gulf, two canoe/kayak parks, a sailing center, a tennis center, bocce courts, pickleball courts, and the Pelican Landing Community Center's numerous facilities.
